First Presbyterian Church of Dallas

Located at 408 Park Avenue, the historic congregation of First Presbyterian Church of Dallas is found in a Dallas Landmark building in the Harwood Historic District. Founded in 1856, the congregation was the first U.S. (Southern) Presbyterian Church organized in Dallas and is the mother church for many other Presbyterian churches in the area. For more than 150 years, First Presbyterian Church has been a heart for the city, putting faith into action as a social innovator in the city.
